All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. By proceeding to checkout, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your email list count and pricing, and you accept this no-refund policy. Since ListLens.io provides transparent pricing and allows you to see your exact email count and total cost before payment, you have full opportunity to verify your information before completing your transaction.

14. Data Retention Policy

Your privacy is our priority. We do not store email lists or analysis results after your session ends. During your session, your email list is processed in real-time to generate your analysis results. Results are displayed on your screen and available for download as a CSV file. After you leave—if you navigate to another page or close your browser—all data is automatically deleted from our servers. We do not retain copies, logs, backups, metadata, or any record of your analysis for any reason. Your data is yours alone, and we never store it, sell it, or use it for any purpose beyond your current session.
